Hello, and thanks for visiting!

I’m a biostatistician and data scientist in the Wake Forest University School of Medicine

Research

My research interests, as evidenced by his publication history, predominantly focuses on HIV/AIDS and its associated complications. My work frequently examines risk factors, treatment outcomes, and interventions related to HIV care. Specific areas of interest include retention in HIV care, viral suppression, HIV testing and diagnosis:, social determinants of health, comorbidities and complications. Beyond HIV/AIDS, Long’s research extends to other health issues, including diabetes, maternal health, pediatric health, and statistical methodology.

Overall, my research demonstrates a commitment to improving the health and well-being of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and other health challenges, using a combination of clinical research, epidemiological studies, and statistical methodology.
